I’ve been reading Stewarts "Disney War" and am endlessly fascinated by the politicing and manuvering that goes on among the executive level players. But the fact is the people who make Disney what is is are its employees. Michael, over at Cruft, works for the Mouse, but normally doesn’t post about his job. He recently made an exception to crow about a particuarly successful project for the ABC Family channel. It’s nice to see this sort of story every so often.
Disney War is a fascinating book about corporate politics. I found it extremely insightful, and probably true of many companies. After reading it, I felt as though Eisner forced out people he felt threatening.
