A new website has sprung up with the goal of turning back the tide on what it sees as a tsunami of disastrous decisions by Walt Disney World Resort management. D-Troops aims to:
protect and promote true Disney magic, … in short, it [the disney company] must seek to enrich the lives of park guests more than it “enriches” itself. By bringing back effective elements of storytelling, by seeking novel methods to delight and inspire, by letting new ideas dictate investment, by adding sensibility and sensitivity to sensation, and by upholding the values and philosophies of the man who really started it all
Already there are some great articles on the website along with a Declaration of Sentiment that includes a laundry list of the wrong decisions they see made by management. If you agree with their sentiments you can even sign the petition.
