It’s great to see how much money Amazon.com is raising for Disaster Relief. If you remember Amazon.com assisted the American Red Cross
after the tragic events of September 11, 2001, by collecting online donations
for the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. More than $6.8 million dollars
was raised through more than 170,000 donations.
The damage and tragic loss of life from this quake and tsunami dwarfs the very tragic events of 9/11 and people are responding. So far Amazon.com has raised over $8.4 million dollars through more than 115,000 donations. It’s still not to late to show the world that America cares by adding your donation to that total.
