SEC faults Disney for failure to disclose relationships

Disney failed to disclose relationships between the board and other family members who worked for the company or its subsiduaries. In a concent agreement with the SEC, Disney will avoid any fines but could be subject to stiffer penalties should they fail to make proper disclosures in the future. So much for clean corporate governance.
