A few years ago Disney bought the Fox Family Network and turned it into ABC Family Channel. Along with that purchase came the rights to some of the existing shows on that network. Among them Spiderman, X-men, and others. Or so Disney thought. They are now being sued for non-payment of royalties to Marvel. Be interesting to see how this one plays out.
