Trailer for “Beauty and the Beast” in 3D

After the commercial success of the re-release of The Lion King in 3D, it is no surprise that Disney made plans to release more of their movies in a new view. In fact, four beloved Disney movies will make their way back to the silver screen, this time in 3D. (Two Disney Pixar, and two Disney Animation Studios movies to be exact.) Here is the trailer for Beauty and the Beast 3D, which will hit theatres January 13, 2012. Alongside the movie will be an animated short called “Tangled Ever After,” which follows the story of Rapunzel and Flynn after their wedding.

Do you think Disney can replicate the success of The Lion King 3D with Beauty and the Beast 3D?
