"National Treasure: Book Of Secrets" (imdb) the Nick Cage led sequel will be filming some crucial scenes for the movie at Mount Rushmore. Only problem is the filming dates conflict with a high school prom that normally has that time at the national monument reserved. So what does Disney do? They offer to pick up the costs for the high school’s prom, transportation a new location in Rapid City, provide a bevy of prizes (three iPods, a computer, an electric guitar, and $500 cash), and offer a $1000 scholarship for the next five years to the school’s valedictorian. Student Body President says, "I think they handled it really good because they actually took us into consideration and tried to make us happy about it." Sounds like they’re happy. (Read)
