Disney’s The Lion King is performed around the world in both the Broadway stage version and at the theme parks. Disneyland Paris has their own show “Rhythms of the Pride Lands” that draws its own crowds day after day. Unfortunately, the theme park is closed due to the public health emergency, but the good news is Disneyland Paris just shared a virtual viewing of the show online.
The show features a tribe of singers, dancers, and acrobats who bring the show’s music to life. “Be Prepared” for a sensational show:
That’s a stunning show for sure.
Rhythms is a recent addition to Frontierland at Disneyland Paris opening on June 30, 2019 as part of “The Lion King & Jungle Festival.” It features songs from both the movie and the Broadway show and features some impressive stage technology.
Rhythms of the Pride Lands” closed in September at the end of the festival, but was confirmed to return for 2020. No word yet when Disneyland Paris will be allowed to reopen, but we hope this show is back when it does.
