Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker digital and physical editions coming in March

“Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker” concludes the 9 episode epic space adventure saga from Lucasfilm that began all the way back in 1977. The J.J. Abrams directed movie offered what many see as a satisfying conclusion to the Skywalker story earning more than a billion dollars worldwide. Star Wars fans won’t have to wait long to complete their Star Wars movie collection when “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker” arrives digitally in HD and 4K Ultra HD and via Movies Anywhere on March 17, two weeks before it lands physically in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on March 31.

In The Rise of Skywalker a new generation of heroes emerges to put an end to the reign of Emperor Palpatine who emerged from the shadows as the puppetmaster behind The First Order. Rey, Finn, Poe Dameron, BB-8 and Rose are joined by General Leia Organa, Chewbacca, Lando Calrissian, R2-D2, C-3PO, and even Jedi Master Luke Skywalker as they unite with newcomers like Jannah, a new ally of the Resistance and smuggler Zorii Bliss.
