The final season of Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD is set to begin summer 2020. It’s going to be a blast to the past, 1931 for starters, as the team travels in time to attempt to correct where things started to go wrong. A new image has been release showing some of our gang dressed in 1930’s attire including, who’s that? Agent Coulson?
According to Marvel it’s actually a Life Model Decoy version of Coulson along with the actual Agents Johnson and Shaw and Director Mackenzie. They look like they’ll fit in fine in these spiffy threads. But will they be able to repair the timeline?
We all knew Clark Gregg would be back as Phil Coulson. Another rumored return is Hayley Atwell as Agent Peggy Carter. That would fit into the time travel motif.
Back in August, we were treated to this teaser trailer from Season 7. None of the usual team, but some scary looking dudes – the Chronicoms – who are using their advanced tech to take on the faces of humans of the era.
Are you sad that Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD is wrapping up with season 7 or is it just inevitable that all good things come to an end? If there was to be a spin-off series, who would you want to see lead it? I vote for FitzSimmons.
