Orlando is Brunch-town. Last year the city sprouted brunch menus like they were growing on trees. The latest Disney Springs restaurant to join the trend is the always trending STK Orlando. In addition to access to much of its usual steak menu, you can treat yourself to the Ultimate Brunch for Two, or a breakfast sandwich STK style, or some fantastic appetizers.
Starting with the appetizers, the highlights include Oysters on the half shell, Hangover Ceviche, and Tuna Tartare. For the more adventurous, try the Beef Shortrib & Egg sandwich, of if you want comfort food, the Avocado Toast has your back.
If you’re feeling flush, you’ll want to indulge in the Ultimate Brunch for Two. It’s $275, but that includes Dry Aged Tomahawk Steak, Butter Poached 2lb Lobster, King Crab Scrambled Eggs, and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot.
Finally, there are the traditional brunch entrees like Shrimp & Grits, Crab Cakes Benedict, and Lemon-Ricotta Pancakes.
I would be remiss if I failed to mention the Mimosas and Bloody Mary options from the bar. What’s a Sunday Brunch with out a cocktail?
Can’t decide when to visit? Keep an eye out for these future themed events – Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. On Mother’s Day, we’ll be serving each mother with a Mom-osa, where she’ll also be gifted with a little takeaway treat!
When you want to indulge on a perfect Sunday Brunch? STK Orlando should definitely be in the conversation.
