Sprinkles Cupcakes opens at Disney Springs

We sent our “A Kids Life At Disney” host Indigo to Sprinkles Cupcakes in the newly opened Town Center section of Disney Springs to test out their desserts. He sampled one of their ice cream treats and built his own chocolate, chocolate cupcake.

I love that there’s a giant ‘hidden’ mickey right in the middle of their prep kitchen. Sprinkles features a fairly large space with lots of outside seating that peers right over the beautiful blue springs. There were about 60 people inside for the media preview and it was busy, but not unmanageable.

Cupcakes, as you might guess, are the stars here and there are many flavors and toppings to choose from. There are also a wide range of ice cream, cookies, and even dog treats for your four legged friends (who aren’t welcome at Disney Springs, alas).

Of course, there’s the famous Cupcake ATM. While the store will only be open from 10AM until around Midnight, you’ll be able to secure a cupcake from 8AM to 2AM, the hours of Disney Springs itself.
