Get ready, Mouseketeers, for the house that just hit the market.

Disney’s home from 1932-1950 in Los Feliz, CA, a beautiful four-bedroom estate built by Walt himself, is currently listed at $3.65 million, a small price to pay for such iconic residence. The house, according to Curbed L.A., has painted and vaulted beamed ceilings, original stained leaded glass, a billiards room, sleeping porch, large swimming pool, and not surprisingly, a projection/screening room. Just as you might imagine, the house is colorful, yet delicate, and preserves the personality and soul of this beloved man.
Can you imagine living in “Disney’s land”? Talk about a dream come true. I would seriously be willing to sell my soul if I could live there the rest of my life. To be honest, the listed price seems a little low for such a unique and famous residence. It would seem that the sentimental value of the house would be ticketed at a much higher amount. However, for those who can afford it, this is an opportunity that should not be missed!
Not only would I sell my soul, I’d sell my son!
