In bowling parlance Pixar is two thirds a frame away from a perfect game. So far they’re 10 for 10 at the box office and now it looks like “UP” might even become their second highest domestic box office performing animated feature of all. This according to Variety which figures UP will touch down somewhere between “Finding Nemo,” with $339.7 million domestically and “The Incredibles” at $261.4 million. UP is receiving a little help from the 3D-theater revenues, but hey. Money is money, right?
Fans of UP should also go check out Lou Romano’s blog where he’s been posting a lot of concept art from the movie including this beautiful ‘color script.’ Don’t visit if you haven’t seen the movie as there are obviously spoilers.
