Reuters is reporting that the ‘Pirates’ sequel is set to take in a record $132 million this weekend shattering the $114 million amount set by the webslinger’s first film four years ago.
Of course, it would be more impressive if they didn’t keep raising the ticket prices every year. For the first time ever, my wife and I didn’t get change for a twenty when we bought tickets to the movie.
Whatever the traffic will bear, I guess.
