Twisney - Real Time Updates from Walt Disney World
Twisney is a Microsoft Earth - Twitter/Email Mashup that throws real time updates from when folks are actually inside the theme parks up on a common map. You can also use it to upload photos to go with your messages if you desire.
If you can send an email, IM, or twitter, you can send a status update to Twisney.com and use it to connect with other users, or just have a history of your particular trip.
Disney might be able to use this, or something similar, to get a feel for what their guests are experiencing on a real time basis inside the parks. Great feedback if they want to take advantage of it.
Twisney is still in Beta, so be patient if it’s not working 100% right now. But the potential is there for something amazing. Thanks Scott.
