Starz Cable Channels currently owns the television right of first broadcast to Disney’s movie releases. You may remember a little dust-up between Disney and Starz when Disney started releasing its films for sale on iTunes (opens iTunes). Looks like that might have been resolved with Disney okaying Starz to go ahead with their own Movie Download program.
