Surf’s Up! “Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride” is available today from Walt Disney Records, the first single from the highly anticipated live-action Disney’s “Lilo & Stitch” movie. “Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride” is performed by American Idol winner Iam Tongi and the Kamehameha Schools Children’s Chorus.
Iam Tongi will be performing “Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride” on American Idol’s Disney Night May 12. The Original Soundtrack will be available May 21 featuring two additional new recordings as well as an all-new original score from composer, producer and songwriter Dan Romer (Station Eleven).
“Working with Disney is a dream come true. Lilo & Stitch has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid growing up in Hawaii. I’m very honored to have the opportunity to represent Polynesian culture and add my voice to this new version of Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride,” Iam Tongi said.
Full soundtrack lands May 21. However, you can pre-order the die-cut vinyl today.
