There's a lot of speculation that all the t's have been crossed and i's dotted for the contracts on a new Disney themepark outside of Shanghai on the Chinese mainland. So if it's a go, why are they waiting to announce it? The current thought is that they'll make the announcement just before the same day President Obama is in Shanghai next month.
What do you think? Is the world ready for another Disney theme park?
