A super big premier this week for Disney. 'V' hits ABC on Tuesday night. I loved the 80s mini-series and show. If you wonder how that 80s show holds up, SyFy channel is running the whole mini-series tomorrow (Sunday) starting at 12:30pm.

TiVo is set and ready. Not only Juliet from Lost, but also Inara from Firefly? HECK yeah.
I loved the original so much, I made alien lizard eyes out of a halved ping-pong ball and took them to school.

Ahh. I have so much to catch up on! I missed V last night and the last two episodes of Flash Forward. Looks like I have my weekend watching planned already.

I rewatched "V" this morning. Even better the second time. Lots of little things I didn't catch the first time around.

I was a big fan of the original mini-series(s) and the TV series and was greatly disappointed with the premiere episode. So many of the allegorical touches of the original were not present in the new version - the allusions to Nazi Germany coming to power, the rounding up of the scientists, etc. I don't have high hopes since the stakes have gotten so high so quickly...
