Hong Kong Disneyland, now accepting reservations

According to a story on HotelChatter.com the hotel resorts at Hong Kong Disneyland are now accepting ressies for the September opening. Whether this will be a stunner or a bummer remains to be seen, but Disney’s first foray into the Chinese themepark market is bound to make waves.

Vintage Disney World Hotel logos

Michael Kovalchick of Graphically Speaking found some vintage matchbook covers from the early days of the Contemporary and Polynesian Hotels. Wanting to share the glory of those classic logos, he reproduced them and has made them available via illustrator files. My favorite is the Polynesian logo, but then I’m a tiki nut.
