Disney Springs Terralina Crafted Italian restaurant job fair starts today

Terralina Crafted Italian at Disney Springs is getting ready to open later this year bringing with it tasty authentic Italian dishes and a new concept in dining. James Beard Award winning chef Tony Mantuano is planning the authentic and tasty menu, but first, they have to hire the talented staff and cooking crew that will implement the Chef’s vision.

Starting today Levy Restaurants, a Chicago-based restaurant company that operates more than 100 food service locations across the United States and Canada, will be hosting a job fair to staff up Terralina Crafted Italian in Disney Springs.

WHEN – January 9th, 10th, and 11th from 1:00-4:00pm

WHERE – Paddlefish on the 3rd Deck (3rd floor)

WHAT – On the spot interviews for a variety of FOH and BOH positions at Terralina Crafted Italian, including: host, Cashier, Server, Server Assistant, Food Runner, Bartender, Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwashers. Interested applicants can also apply online at: www.workatlevy.com

The new concept takes over the old Portobello restaurant in The Landing area, which is located next to Paddlefish. The new design places the kitchen at the heart of the restaurant. The wood-burning oven fires a selection of hand tossed pizzas and calzones and fresh vegetable along with dishes from the hearth including chicken parmesan and seafood cannelloni prepared with housemade pasta. Uniquely furnished dining rooms radiate out from the kitchen, each with a collection of found art or pieces that share the stories of moments spent celebrating.

Terralina was originally expected to open as soon next month, but no official date has been announced.
