It’s the original theme park icon, Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty Castle anchors Main Street U.S.A. and becomes a wintery wonderland for the Christmas season. A new video from Oh My Disney takes us behind the scenes as Disneyland’s Imagineers transform Sleeping Beauty Castle for its winter holiday appearance.
By the time their done with their transformation, it’s a magical jewel box of lights, garland, and snow.
Disneyland’s holiday season runs now through Jan 7, 2018. It features seasonal offerings that include Festival of Holidays and World of Color Season of Light, plus guest favorites ’its a small world’ Holiday and Haunted Mansion Holiday. Glistening Christmas trees and beautiful seasonal décor adorn the entire Disneyland Resort, and A Christmas Fantasy Parade is performed daily at Disneyland park.
