Toy Story Land quick service location to be called Woody’s Lunch Box

Disney’s Hollywood Studio will soon welcome Toy Story Land, an entire new land based on the popular Pixar Toy Story movies. We’ve known for some time that the two new attractions will be the Slinky Dog Dash and the Alien Swirling Saucers, we could also tell from the concept art and model that there would be a building with restrooms and a food counter of some kind. Today Disney shared with us exactly what that building will be themed as – Woody’s Lunch Box.

Because even toys need a bite or two every now and again, Andy has taken a vintage Woody-themed lunch box and propped it open with a thermos to turn it into Woody’s Lunch Box that dishes out all sorts of tasty meals and old-fashioned soda floats. He completed the area with a classic book and toys strewn about, along with items from his lunch box.

This area is sponsored by Mini Babybel (if you look closely at the concept art, the iconic cheese round is visible). The quick service window will serve tasty meals and old-fashioned soda floats, presumably with cheese.

Around the corner from the restaurant are, naturally, restrooms. These are conveniently located near the exits of both Toy Story Midway Mania and the spinning saucer ride. Good planning Imagineers!

What do you think of the toy strewn design for Toy Story Land and Woody’s Lunch Box?

  1. I love the Cootie Bugs. They’re going to have to build a stronger fence to keep me from climbing on top of one.
