Seminars are filling up for the 8th Annual Food and Wine Classic at the Swan and Dolphin Resort on October 27 and 28, 2017. Whether you get tickets for just one day, or the weekend, this is Orlando’s premiere opportunity to sample wines from around the world and savor culinary artistry from the chefs of all the restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin Resorts.
There’s more than just tasting too. We recommend taking one of the interactive seminars where you can learn everything from wine pairing, pasta making, creating cocktails, sushi, and more!
In past years, I’ve taken the Italian Wines and Wine Blending seminars. both were fantastic experiences where I learned so much about wine. At a minimum it’s helped me become much smarter about pairing wines with foods and I have a better chance at choosing a great wine as I wander up and down the aisle at the store.
Prices vary, but most seminars are either $50 or $70 a person as an add-on to your Food and Wine Classic ticket. Causeway tickets start at $108, which is a considerable value, since it’s only a little more than admission EPCOT for it’s food and wine festival and the food and wine samples are included at the Swan and Dolphin.
