Progressive dinner featuring Superstar Chefs of Morimoto Asia & Homecoming at Disney Springs

December 3rd offers foodies a special one-night only opportunity to experience the delicious delights of two super star chefs at Disney Springs in a progressive dinner. The meal will feature the talents of Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Chef Art Smith and guests will dine a both of at their restaurants Morimoto Asia and Homecoming Florida Kitchen.

The evening will begin with a three-course Pan-Asian feast at Morimoto Asia that will feature some of the Iron Chef’s favorite dishes of the season including Alaskan King Crab and Nantucket Bay Scallop “Ankake” over crispy noodles, five-spiced brasied beef short rib with a Sansho Peppercorn Sauce and Wilted Dou Milao, and a very special sushi course showcasing the very best ingredients from Chef Morimoto’s native, Japan.

Following dinner, guests will take a short walk across the courtyard to Homecoming, where Chef Art Smith will pull out all the stops for a sweet ending to this magical night. Guests will be able to indulge in a Build-Your-Own-Florida-Strawberry-Shortcake-Bar while also enjoying Chef Smith’s signature Hummingbird and Shine Cakes.

Both Chefs Morimoto and Smith will be there throughout the evening overseeing the meal and available for photos and autographs.

The evening starts promptly at 7:30pm on December 3rd and will cost $225 per person (includes tax and gratuity). Purchase tickets at the Patina Group’s website. Must be 21 to attend.
