Amorette’s Patisserie is the new gourmet bakery at Disney Springs. You’ll find it in the new expansion to the Marketplace. The interior features some beautiful concept art from the Festival of Fantasy parade but the real art is in the display cases where delicious treats await.
One of the most iconic is the piece of art called the Mickey Dome Cake. It features layer after layer of chocolate decadence inside a dome of buttercream and a red glaze and fondant cover with chocolate ornaments.

The prices at Amorette’s Patisserie do reflect the craftsmanship that goes into each creation. That’s a nice way of saying their expensive. However, if you want to enjoy one, you can now make a pre-order for any of the petite cakes, dome cakes and Amorette’s Signature Cake. Orders can be made by calling 407-934-3500 or stop by the patisserie at least 3 days in advance.
