Cooking Class offered at Disney Springs Portobello Restaurant with Chef Tony Mantuano

One of the real gems of Disney Springs is Portobello Restaurant. It brings Italian countryside dining that’s fit for families and foodies alike along with a beautiful location and attentive service. If you want an inside look at how Portobello makes some of its award winning dishes, Chef Tony Mantuano will be offering a rare cooking class on April 9.

Chef Manutano will navigate guests through a culinary exploration of Italian fare, where they’ll learn how to prepare an authentic Spaghetti alla Carbonara and cook the classic dish of Veal Saltimbocca. The crash course in Italian cooking kicks off with an apertivo hour with passed wood-fired pizza with spring artichokes, and each course comes paired with Italian wines.
