Heavier than expected severe winter weather has caused Disney Theatrical to cancel four performances of its New York City musicals today. Both Aladdin and The Lion King have canceled both the matinee and tonight’s performance in accordance with travel safety guidance from city, county, and state officials.

As it stands now, performances on Sunday the 24th have not been canceled. However, Disney is offering free exchanges for future performances if you can’t make it into town tomorrow.

For more information visit either http://www.aladdinthemusical.com/weather or http://www.lionking.com/weather. If you have tickets for any show this weekend, the websites list return and exchange policies.

We hope cast, crew, and all guests in town stay safe and warm during this heavy snowfall.
