The new animated Mickey Mouse shorts directed by Paul Rudish are have developed a ‘love them’ or ‘hate them’ following. Like them or not, they are introducing Walt’s biggest invention to a whole new generation.
I’m personally on the fence about the character design, but I do love the whole look and feel of the backgrounds and other animations. Plus it’s fun to keep an eye out for some of the hidden Disney cameos they sneak into the shorts.
