Disney’s Aladdin hops flying carpet to London

Disney’s magical Broadway hit Aladdin will play in London’s West End beginning in the May of 2016. It will move into the Prince Edward Theater (currently home to a revival of Miss Saigon, which itself is rumored to be moving to Broadway).

This is a big move for Disney Theatrical. They’ve already had success with multiple performances of The Lion King around the world, it would be great if they could replicate it with Aladdin.
