Custom Disney Smart Phone Cases on Demand arrives at Disneyland

Beginning today Disneyland’s D Street in the Downtown Disney District will offer D-Tech on Demand personalized Disney smart phone cases. This same technology has been available at the Marketplace Co-Op in Disney Springs Marketplace and has been very popular with guests.

The Disneyland location will feature ten exclusive new designs including art inspired by the Disneyland 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration and selections from featured artists of the WonderGround Gallery, such as Jasmine Beckiet-Griffith and Jerrod Maruyama.

“We continue to make updates both in art selection and the process. We’ve watched our fans interact and listened to what they have to say. Now you’ll find an even easier, faster and more user-intuitive process. We’re really excited to finally be able to roll this out to our west coast fans who have been waiting so patiently for its arrival,” said Kevin-Michael Lezotte, Merchandiser II for Disneyland Resort. “It’s such a great opportunity for our fans to find rare Disney characters and even usual art. What’s next? You’ll have to wait and see. But several of the art styles that will debut in the near future, are quite episodic and are out of this world.”

Prices will range based on the device, but generally it’s around $35 each. Cases will be offered for the following phones to start – iPhone 4/4s, iPhone 5/5s, iPhone 5C, iPhone 6/6+, as well as the Samsung Galaxy SIII, Samsung Galaxy 4, Samsung Galaxy 5, and Samsung Galaxy 6.

From when you order your phone it takes about 10-15 minutes for your case to be printed. As you can see above, some artwork will accommodate a name. But be aware that it will cover some of the artwork. So check the demo first.

What design would you like to have on your smart phone case?
