It’s been a few years since I was a guest on anyone’s podcast, but now it has been my pleasure to be a guest on two in the space of a week. Unlike on The Big Fat Panda Show, where I talked mostly about myself and my Disney history, on the Orlando Tourism Report we cover a lot more topics. Not just Disney, but the wider Central Florida tourism landscape.
In a wide ranging interview, we discussed some rumored changes coming to Disney, a possible third gate for Universal, whether Orlando should welcome casinos, and just how big of trouble is SeaWorld Orlando in. I really enjoyed talking about I-Drive and whether any of the big ideas currently planned for the area will make a difference for Orlando.
At the beginning of the podcast Ken Storey, Melissa, and Brian have their usual roundtable news update and discussion, which I also enjoyed listening to. This is exactly the podcast Orlando’s tourism scene needs.
