‘Tangled: The Musical’ is coming to Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Magic! The show will include three new songs that weren’t in the movie: a new opening number, a new song for Flynn Rider, and a big production number for the festival.
In this short video you’ll hear from some of the musical masterminds behind this production, starting with Academy Award-winning composer Alan Menken, whose work includes classic Disney films like “The Little Mermaid” and “Beauty and the Beast.” Also featured are Grammy Award-winning lyricist Glenn Slater (“Tangled”) and Tim Williams, who arranged and orchestrated the music for Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy.”
I’m getting excited for this. Have to book a trip on the Disney Magic to see it though.
