A lot of planning and ingredients goes into making each of the beautiful Gingerbread Houses that grace the lobbies of Disney World’s grandest hotels. When that gingerbread house is being made for the first time, there’s an extra level of complexity. In a new video, Disney’s talent team of pastry chefs and engineers make and assemble the new ‘Frozen’ themed gingerbread castle located in the Grand Canyon concourse of the Contemporary Resort
