A loud and happy sound was heard (herd?) throughout the kingdom today as Festival of The Lion King reopens after a lengthy hiatus to move the theater from Camp Minnie Mickey to the new Harambe Theatre in the Africa portion of the park. I’m planning to migrate over there this afternoon to take in a performance (or two).

As a long time fan of the show, I’m looking forward to seeing old friends (like the parade floats from Disneyland’s Lion King parade) and getting acquainted with their new home. What do you like most about Festival of The Lion King? Let us know in the comments.
