So Disney is playing coy with a few elements of Oz the Great and Powerful. For instance, we know from the previews and art that one of the wicked witches turns green… we just don’t know which one. And thus, the following TV spot was produced:
I’ll play along, but if you want to know the truth, head to Buzzfeed where they’ve found a piece of merchandise that spoils the surprise. I guess marketing forgot to embargo merchandising.

I don’t know about you, but I’m smelling box office hit. The only question is will it do Alice in Wonderland numbers. What do you think?
Wikipedia had the Movie Witches link with their original Oz book witches for months now. I’ just wondering why the writer went with the MGM three Witch vs the Four in the Book? They did put Glinda back in the south though.
I was so happy that they kept the North and South witches instead of morphing Glinda into one.
Maybe in this movie, the Witch of the East doesn’t come into play – hopefully she’s mentioned though.
