Interview with Page Pierce, VP at Disney’s Golden Oak Development

You know you’ve always wanted to live in a Disney theme park, admit it. Well, you can’t quite move into Cinderella Castle, but Disney’s Golden Oak development is the next best thing. The luxury home complex is situated right on Walt Disney World property and comes with a Glass Carriage full of perks for its residents. An interview in Business Insider checks in with the Vice President of Disney’s Golden Oak, Page Pierce to see how things are going.

Families are moving in, the club house is open, and construction on the Four Seasons hotel is underway. When finished, Golden Oak will encompass 450 homes across 980 acres. Not too shabby.

This is the first time that families have had the opportunity to actually live at Disney. Additionally, through something we call the Disney Connection, Golden Oak homebuyers have access to VIP passes that provide admission for the pass-holder and up to four guests to eight Disney parks and attractions with no block-out dates. Other amenities include door-to-park transportation, merchandise discounts and free parking.
