Electric Car Recharging Stations Added to SeaWorld San Diego

Congratulations are due to SeaWorld San Diego for opening a terrific eco-friendly enhancement. If you have an electric car and are helping reduce green house gases in the environment, you can now “top off you batteries” while visiting Shamu and his friends.

As part of the SeaWorld Cares program, they just installed 4 “Free” electric car charging units for park guests in the parking lot. They will work with any 120 volt or 240 volt electric vehicles. Already several guests have used the charging station and once the word gets out, I’m sure more will be on the way.

Okay, Orlando. You’re now officially behind the times. At a minimum I expect to see these at EPCOT ASAP.
