Local Newspaper interviews lost Disney Cruise Line crew members family

The UK’s Chester Chronicle interviewed the family of the crew member missing from the Disney Wonder ship. I won’t reveal the name here, but you can get that information if you want to click through. The interview reveals the missing cast member is a 24 year old British woman. Her family claims that being out of touch is very unusual for the crew member.

“We can’t believe it.

“The ship is huge – I am telling you that they haven’t searched the whole ship. When it docks we hope they will find her.”

Family members are flying out to meet the ship in Los Angeles and are hoping for good news.

This is obviously a sad time for the Disney Cruise Line family and the missing crew members family. It’s important to still hope for the best, but you want to make sure that grief counselors are available if needed to affected crew members.

That is very sad. I am hoping that she just missed the ship in Mexico and was afraid to call in.

Connie – they weren’t in a Mexican port yet. Were still going from LA to first port.
