Disney World Entertainment Alum nominated for Tony Award

I’ve long been a fan of Eden Espinosa, whose career I watched from her start in the stage shows at Disneyland and later as she showcased her talents on Broadway in Wicked, BRKLYN, and RENT. She won many awards, but not a Tony. The Orlando Sentinel has an interview with Montego Glover, former Disney World entertainment star, who, as it turns out, is nominated for a Tony award.

If you saw the opening casts of “Festival of the Lion King” , where she was Kibibi [(the princess, who sings “Can You Feel the Love Tonight,”), American Vybe at Epcot, or “Tarzan Rocks” then you saw Glover perform. She is up against some tough talent, but I think we should all send a little pixie dust her way Sunday night.

Read the full interview at the Sentinel.
