Should Miramax go back to its founders?

Three bids have come in to buy the Miramax brand and film library from the Walt Disney Company. The Weinstein Brothers, the original founders of the company, are part of a group who has one of the bids.

As NBC did when sending Oswald the Lucky Rabbit to Disney, (in trade for sports broadcaster Al Michaels) Disney CEO Bob Iger should do the right thing and place Miramax back in the hands of the family that founded it. Doing this might even broker some goodwill between the Weinsteins and Disney. A good move as Bob and Harvey won’t remain on the outs in Hollywood forever.
