Disney to sell universal theme park pass

Well, hello! After all these years Disney has finally figured out how to sell an annual pass that is valid at all the domestic theme parks. We’ve only been asking for this since… well, 1992 for some of us. All I can say is it’s about time.

The tickets for the Premier Annual Pass go on sale tomorrow for $700. Upgrades from existing passes are possible and those already holding both tickets will be upgraded automatically.

Next up, a monthly payment plan. I hear it’s just around the corner.

  1. Lindsay says:

You may want to change your headline, it’s a national pass, not international. Certainly not universal.

  2. John Frost says:

I’ve heard it described both ways. It is universal as far as domestic parks go.

  3. Ken Pellman says:

Call it Six Flags, since it involves six major theme parks. ;)

  4. NT3 says:

Heh. I read that headline and thought for a second “they’re selling tickets to Universal?!?”
