Disney's problem in recent years (in the parks especially) has been too many people with MBA's and titles like "Director of Cross Brand Market Synergy" and not enough people called "artist" or "designer". The economy might not be good enough to see more of the latter brought on, but getting rid of the former is a good start. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
