They rely soley on the kiosks for pricing and other information. So instead of being proactively prepared, you have to wait until it is your turn to "learn" everything while you are interacting with the kiosk. I waited 10 minutes to get onto one of the kiosks, took another 5-10 minutes to design the shirt with my 3 year old son, waited another 10 minutes to give the slip to an attendant, only to find out that it would take 3 HOURS to get the shirt! We could not get the shirt since we were leaving within the hour. My son was in tears. If you are going to go here, make sure that it is your first stop. Lesson learned the hard way. No signs, no directions inside the store to explain the entire process.

Smart move by Disney. Although they waited almost two months to do the grand opening. I guess they didn't want it to get lost in Christmas festivities.
