By cutting prices for admission on Fridays in September Cypress Gardens actually improved attendance to the point where they had the most successful weekend in a long time. So they’re going to do it again in October.
“We realize that times are tough for people but we would like to make family fun affordable while keeping Cypress Gardens profitable, ensuring it will be around for generations to enjoy,” stated Rob Harper, co-owner of Cypress Gardens.
To continue with affordable family fun, Cypress Gardens is introducing a special promotion for two upcoming Fridays, Oct. 10 and 17. The first 10,000 visitors will receive admission into the park for just $10. Cypress Gardens also adjusted its schedule so that Splash Island will be open Friday through Sunday in October. The world famous ski show will performed two Fridays in October, the 17th and 24th and every Saturday and Sunday.
