Don’t you hate it when you roll out a big new promotion and someone in the office forgets to cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s. In the scheme of things, it’s not a big deal, in fact it’s already fixed (at least temporarily), but for a short while Disney was excluding the non-US born from the free birthday deal. That’s kinda of a big deal since Disney is hanging their hat on international visitors keeping the attendance numbers up in Florida and California. Hopefully any public relations damage has been minimal.
