I'm a HUGE Rent fan, and when I lived in Atlanta we regularly sat in line for tickets for the touring show. Now in NY, I did thankfully get to see it on Broadway, but have been lamenting the fact that we just can't afford to get tickets right now, and it will soon be gone. Am I understanding this right that there will be a new commercial release of Rent that is actually professional footage filmed of the Broadway play with the current cast including Eden??
