It was announced to travel agents in mid-July. From the release: "In the future, Travel Agents and Guests will be able to make dining reservations online at disneytravelagents.com and disneyworld.com with this new reservation booking system. The launch date for this enhancement will be announced at a later date." If they use something similar to OpenTable.com, it could be very successful. The Momofuku system was 100% online and they didn't take phone reservations, opentable allows for both, as well as walk ups. Raglan Road is part of OpenTable. -Joe The online dining is not a rumor.
