We know this because a guest parking at Downtown Disney shot himself while preparing to stow his gun in his car. No charges have been filed.

It’s not illegal to bring a gun to Disney. It’s just against their policy. You can’t get arrested for violating a Disney policy unless that violation is also a criminal act. Employees who take a gun into the park may face termination, and guests who take a gun into the park may get kicked out of the park.

This, of course, only matters if they find out. But you’d have to be stupid to let them find out, knowing what their policies are. They can’t legally search your car or your person without your consent.
